Vantage is from within a utility closet. The highlight is a network cabinet with blue wires, mounted on a wooden wall, with various components connected and organized inside.

Four bedrooms and the living area are fully wired with Ethernet for fast, reliable connections, supported by wall-mounted wireless access points for whole-building coverage. A wireless bridge links the pole barn seamlessly to the main residence while a fiber connection is pending. All structured cabling returns to a network cabinet in the utility closet for neatness and to facilitate NEC compliance).

Living room with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a piano to the right, and a closed door to the left, featuring gray walls, faux marble flooring, and a grand piano.

The living area features a Samsung The Frame TV with a hidden OneConnect box and discreet HDMI/Ethernet hookups for a clean, cable-free look.

A network server rack with multiple Ethernet cables connected to switches and equipment, with green and yellow indicator lights. The cables are organized and run in various directions within the rack.
A home theater room with a large projection screen on the wall, a small kitchenette corner on the left, and a doorway leading to a hallway, with a wooden door frame and a partially open door.

At the main residence, we consulted on network upgrades to ensure robust connectivity throughout the property and advised on the equipment package for a dedicated theatre room. Every system — from security to streaming — is designed to perform at its best. Though the theater room was completed by Park Place Installations working in hand with Aurora Architecture, this customer and their project is what sparked the beginning of our company. Thank you to all three parties for giving us the foot in the door on the low-voltage installation industry.

Additional Features

Surveillance Expansion — We overhauled the existing camera system and added new coverage points at the pole barn. The result is a unified, comprehensive surveillance network with modern hardware, optimized camera placement, and a central recording system. (Photos pending)

Workout Room — The customer mentioned how the TVs installed by a previous company are rarely in sync and difficult to control. We synchronized the two TVs to a single media player and added in-ceiling speakers that will provide a coordinated setup for workouts and entertainment. An added audio input line to the amp allows Peloton riders to plug their audio into the overhead speakers as well. Having designated systems with proper treatments and placements are what optimize your area. (Photos pending)

Living Room — Replaced a few connections and adjusted settings to integrate the TV and soundbar into the control system, giving the family seamless access to streaming and enhanced audio.

Lake Front — Extended WiFi coverage to span the entire waterfront and integrated the Bose SoundTouch system and speakers, ensuring music flows consistently from the home to the lakefront for entertainment and relaxation.

Thermostats & Pool (Partially Complete) — Incorporated pool controls and exploring climate control devices to bring full oversight into the centralized system, allowing simple, unified management of comfort across the property.
