A ground-up build where every system was designed before drywall — resulting in seamless audio, networking, security, and TV distribution with no exposed wires or post-construction compromises.
Scope included:

• 4K video distribution to multiple rooms

8,800 sq ft System Takeover — Network & AV Rework
Erie County, NY — 2025
Originally installed by another company, this home had constant drop-outs, audio failures, and Wi-Fi dead zones. We were brought in to clean up the rack, rebuild the network, replace failed audio paths, and make the home finally work the way it should have from day one.
Fixes & upgrades:
• Full network redesign + new access points
• Rewired audio matrix & corrected amplifier loads
• Reprogrammed TV + streaming sources
• Stabilized control system for daily use

Pole Barn + Cottage Fiber Build — Multi-Structure Connectivity
Chautauqua County, NY — 2024
Two separate buildings on one property, connected with aerial fiber and built-out audio, surveillance, and media zones — without relying on Wi-Fi extenders or cellular hotspots.
Work performed:
• Fiber backbone between buildings using outdoor-rated cable
• Surveillance camera system with remote access
• Distributed audio zones including outdoor areas
• Smart lighting + scene control inside cottage theater
• Structured cabling for future equipment expansion
6,000 sq ft Coastal Home — Full-Property Wi-Fi & AV Overhaul
Sarasota County, FL — 2025
A luxury home with poor Wi-Fi coverage, outdated AV, and multiple streaming conflicts. We engineered a new network backbone, refreshed media systems, and optimized outdoor audio while preserving existing hardware where possible.
